Ms. Burgess

Ms. Burgess is in her fourth year teaching Physical Education at Campbell Elementary School.  This is her eighth year in Arlington Public Schools and previously taught at Yorktown High School and Taylor Elementary School.  Ms. Burgess attended both undergraduate and graduate school at James Madison University and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Teaching.  In addition to teaching PE, Ms. Burgess helps coach Girls on the Run at Campbell and is the assistant girl’s varsity soccer coach at Yorktown High School.  When not at school, Ms. Burgess loves to cook and read.  She also enjoys watching sports, especially the Orioles and Ravens, going running or even just spending a day walking around DC.

Ms. Piscopo

This is Ms. Piscopo’s sixth year teaching, but first year with Arlington Public Schools. She is thrilled to be teaching Health and Physical Education to the PK- 5th Grade Campbell students.  Ms. Piscopo is a Duke Dog Alumni, (Go Duke Dogs!) graduating from James Madison University with a Master of Arts in Health and Physical Education for grades K-12.  In her free time, she enjoys running and watching the Yankees.   She looks forward to getting to know her students and having a fabulous year!
